Accounting is a necessary part of your business, but you don’t have to do it all yourself. I have nearly 30 years of experience, and while I love accounting and making things reconcile, I completely understand that most business owners don’t share that same passion. And just because you’re an amazing contractor, photographer, or web designer who’s been brave enough to start your own business, that doesn’t mean you love accounting too. I could never build my own website - that’s why I hire professionals for what they do best.

You get to focus on what you love, I get to focus on what I love, and we’re both happy at the end of the day.

At Tobey Financial, we make the accounting process easier with online solutions that handle everything from payroll to digital receipt management. My goal is to take the stress out of accounting, so you have the confidence and clarity you need to keep more of what you earn.

I am a CPA and have a BBA in Accounting. Fun fact: I’ve known I wanted to be an accountant since the 6th grade - it’s weird, I know! I’ve also been married to my favorite person, David, for more than 30 years, and we have two sons, Nathan and Will, both living their best lives in Texas.

Attention to detail is one of the greatest ways to serve others, especially in accounting. With nearly three decades of experience, I take pride in making sure every number lines up and nothing slips through the cracks. Like Jennifer, I’ve loved accounting ever since my first class back in 10th grade, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years!

Before joining Tobey Financial, I earned a BBA in Accounting and another BBA in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University and went on to become a CPA.

I’ve also been happily married for 30 years and am the proud mom of three children and one lovely daughter-in-law, all living in Texas.

I believe that understanding people is just as important as understanding numbers. Being newer to accounting, I bring a fresh enthusiasm to our team and genuinely enjoy getting to know our clients and their businesses. Since joining Tobey Financial in 2022, I’ve loved learning the ins and outs of accounting and supporting our clients’ goals. It’s honestly the best job I’ve ever had.

Before joining the team in 2022, I earned a degree in biology and taught middle school science. Who knew that keeping teens and experiments in line would translate so well to juggling numbers and spreadsheets?

I’m also deeply grateful for my life outside of work. I’ve been married to Keith for over 20 years, and together we have three wonderful kids who keep life lively and full of laughter. I truly enjoy sharing that same joy and positivity with my colleagues and clients, because work is always better when it comes with a smile!
